This second floor bathroom was designed to be be a quiet spa-like oasis. At the same time this bathroom must service 4 family members, so counter space and storage were critical. An additional drawer was included in the toe kick of the vanity, plus the cabinet to the left of vanity can accommodate bins and baskets. The shower curtain provides softness to the room as well as privacy, so that someone can be in the shower while another family member can use the sink.
We moved the toilet to a new location but that resulted in the toilet being in the way of the door swing. We were unable to move the doorway so we solved the problem by installing a sliding door.
