This bathroom was designed to be universally accessible despite its' long and skinny limitations.  A pocket door was installed to eliminate issues associated with the door swing.  A floating vanity makes it easy for someone in a wheelchair to access the sink.  Grab bars work double duty as towel bars.  Storage for personal care items can be found in the recessed medicine cabinet and the toothbrush shelf keeps the countertop clutter free.

WET SIDE VS DRY SIDE - although there was a concrete column that could not be moved, we extended the bathroom on the other side of it and split up wet and dry activities.  On the "Dry Side" there is a makeup table with a flip top mirrored lid.  Custom designed full height cabinet provides plenty of storage for towels, extra supplies and other items.
